BodyMindCORE Work (for the Movement Therapist), co-written by Elizabeth Buri and Rob White, features two sections, both of which can be helpful to clients. In the first half of the book we talk about simple ideas that can make us healthier; learning better breathing techniques, calming the nerve of well-being, becoming more mindful. The second half features movement awareness ideas and exercises designed to open specific centers and gateways in the body so that all can move more freely with less restrictions in their bodies. We 'move' between the two segments in a pleasing yet mildly challenging day.
