CORE II Intensive: Technique — In this course we review the five session recipe and spend most of the time on techniques to enhance the work. Also included, Emotional Anatomy and more movement exercises.

Continuing the progression of learning that begins with CORE I, in CORE II we continue to work with the one session, one hour all purpose recipe for a session of generic, good-for-what-ails-you bodywork. In addition, we spend quality time learning specific CORE techniques that enhance the learning of that recipe. We’ll also visit emotional anatomy, seated back work, and review a bibliography of related readings that support the CORE philosophy.

CORE I and II are prerequisite to learning the CORE III and IV five series of five sessions.
