The iliac crests are an amazing piece of machinery! Nearly all the muscles of the body are within one more muscle of attaching to the crests. Come spend a day looking at those attachments and transmissions. With lecture, demo and partner work, we'll explore the idea that getting better with hipbones, makes us a better bodyworker.
