Movement Therapist's Edition: BodyMindCORE Work for the Movement Therapist was written for the movement therapy community, but truthfully, any bodyworker needs to become a movement therapist! If we don't give our clients ideas they can take home and incorporate into their lives and work habits, we're cheating them. This book is in two segments, focusing on general health ideas, and specific ideas and goals for the four centers and five gateways of the body that Noah identifies. A powerful six hour day; book included in the cost of the course. Movement ideas garnered from yoga, Pilates, physiotherapy, and CORE bodywork; all designed to get clients thinking and moving.

Elizabeth’s path into health and wellbeing began as a fitness trainer in 2003. Soon after, she became a certified Practitioner of Pilates Studio under Polestar Pilates.Throughout the year of 2010, Elizabeth studied and became certified in both Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis. A one year stint in London gave Elizabeth the chance to study sports massage therapy in 2013 with the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM). There, she discovered a special bodyworker named Noah Karrasch who changed the course of her life.
Intertwining all this knowledge and love for body movement and bodywork, Elizabeth LOVES to play and create full body program, working with a variety of body misalignment and discomforts in a holistic way, seeking balance physically, mentally and emotionally.
