Conducted by Noah Karrasch, CORE Developer
CORE III (Aug 7-14); CORE IV (Aug 6-14)
My final phases of training, leading to the learning of the five session CORE recipe in III, practicing with partner and one model, then the final certification in CORE IV, working with partner and two models. On completion, you really understand CORE work! Not for the faint of heart; I call it Intensive for a reason....
Only serious students need apply: Pre-requisite is CORE I and II. This intensive, 60 hour six day workshop teaches my five session recipe of CORE work. Through the course we study, work on each other and models to learn, practice, and understand this recipe. Students leave the class with a new pattern for working through a client's body, regardless of conditions or problems, to free restrictions, enhance performance, and create freedom and ease in clients. Indeed an intensive six days, but well worth the time for those who want to take their skills to another level.
CORE IV is a continuation of CORE III work, and indeed, requires graduation from CORE I, II and III before participating. In CORE IV we continue working with the five session ten plate of CORE work. In addition to an added day before CORE III students join in, we'll practice the work on each other and on two models, talk about business practices, and incorporate movement ideas and cues to further enhance the work we do and send clients out with more ideas for how they can continue to improve their own postures, bodies, lives and bodymindcores. A great learning for those who want to achieve new levels.
Days off: Thursday 8/9, Sunday 8/12
Pre-reqs: CORE I and II
CREDITS/FEEs: 52 CEU's for III's ($1200) and 60 for IV's ($1800)
